We ship to major countries EXCEPT Israel and Russia. We promote Peace and Love always. Not War.
How long does delivery take and cost of shipping?
Your purchase will be processed within 2-5 business days and shipping lead time based on your shipping preference. Express Delivery: 3-5 business days . Standard Shipping at Flat Rate per item. Royal Mail UK / Pos Malaysia / UPS : 15 days- 25 days.
Do I have to pay taxes and duties?
All custom duty and taxes will be paid by you.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
You can change within 24 hours after your confirmation email. However, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellation after the order has been placed or processed to be shipped.
How can I track my order?
You will receive confirmation email of your purchase and another confirmation email with tracking number to track your order.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Please read our return policy and it is applicable for 15 days after you receive the package.
Will I be refunded full value of my order?
No. All return shipping costs will be borned by you. Only the price of the item will be refunded. Not the shipping costs. Please contact us via contact form with your order number to get your return reference number before you ship the item back to us. Return items with Reference Number only will be refunded.
